Three Transformative Sailing Adventures Await
During this retreat, the Water Consciousness program is partly facilitated onboard the 44ft sailing yachts during movement under sail, while drifting a bit, and while anchored.
Some sessions are specifically done with you in the water and we'll find the perfect calm and safe spots to do them.
Three very different sailing journeys divided across 4 days :
- Early-morning-sail to catch the sunrise rays for specific sessions in this light and a fruity juicy breakfast afterward.
- Later-on-the-day-sail to bathe in the afternoon sun delight and practice a transformative session and sip a delicious mocktail
- 1 Day & Night sailing expedition takes us to Los Haitises National Park with two sailing yachts toward the end of the retreat. The various powerful transformational sessions throughout this journey will make it an experiential and unforgettable experience. Radiance, frequencies, bliss!
We have mouth-watering meals onboard, snacks, fruits, and amazing creative mocktails, juices, and herbal ice tea!

Due to possible weather changes affecting the sailing, our schedule is flexible. Sessions making this program work continue throughout the week, starting in the morning and ending late at night.
⛵️ Having that said, the retreat itinerary has 3 different trips of sailing planned divided over 4 days. The sessions will take place onboard during sailing or when anchored.
🏝️ Sessions distinctive to the land & sea medley will be held on 'our' beach, and with your body whole or partly in the sea.

LOS HAITISES, 'THE HIGH LANDS'
Haitises means "Mountain Land" or "High Land" in the indigenous Taino Arawak language. It's a very special place. You can sense the energies from far. Maybe you sense it already from where you are now.
The expansive territory of Los Haitises covers approximately 860 km² and stretches from San Lorenzo Bay to the southern area of Samaná Bay.
The mountainous region is quite impenetrable, but the area counts about 58 calcareous islets called “Mogotes", with more than 135 caves in which the last Taino people took their refuge.
Lush vegetation and mangroves along deep inlets are habitats for around 100 bird species. The outstanding 'Bird Island ' for instance, is a refuge for pelicans, frigates, herons, black hawk eagles, and others.
Under the protection of the Ministry of Environment, the only way to get into this grand marine park is by boat. And I am thrilled we can avoid the typical organized excursions and instead, offer our exclusive way with our local captain as our guide. Cherry on the cake of this exceptional sailing adventure is that we get to spend one night here anchored amid nature's Water & Land ...

FAQ's
Do I need to know how to sail?
No, not at all. We do all the sailing, but if you like to assist you may ask the captain what you can do.
What if I get Sea Sick?
Can happen to the best of us but we'll send you plenty of information to be prepared. And if you do get seasick we have tips and tricks to keep you comfortable as best we can.
Can I bring my own beers or wine, can I smoke a joint or bring my mushrooms?
No, absolutely not. The whole purpose of no alcohol during the retreats is to keep you awake, present, aware, and highly conscious. Something alcohol does not support.
Any other substance use will be regarded as abuse and is not tolerated, not on the yachts and not on the land during the retreat at any time. Read our Terms and Conditions.

Can I join with my partner?
Yes, you can. Get in touch to arrange the best accommodation for you.
Do I get to have my own room?
Some rooms are to share and there are a few single occupancy rooms available. Get in touch for these details.
I am vegan, not vegetarian, does that matter?
In a way it does and in a way it doesn't. The menu is explicitly vegetarian which means if you are vegan you might need to compromise a bit. Talk to the chef!! We can leave ingredients out of dishes but will not prepare a separate vegan menu.
I have a mobility dissability, can I join the retreat?
Unfortunately, no. The grounds are steep and not wheelchair friendly at all. If you have trouble walking or other health issues this particular retreat is not an option. Apart from the venue, sailing in general is not supportive of this. The best option for you is to get the online packages and find a body of water in your area that is accessible for you to practice the experience like that. I can always guide you from the sidelines with a WhatsApp or Telegram app connection.
Can I bring my kids?
Uhh, not a good idea. You would be in a parent role and not in your you-role. Unless your kids are grown adults, then you can come together to work individually or to solve any relationship bugs you might have.
Will we be visiting other sites or go to town?
No, besides the retreat itinerary and the utterly private venue location we are not heading 'to town'. The purpose of the retreat is to keep you away from the buzz as much as possible these few days. If you need anything you can ask us.
Is there wifi at the venue or in my room?
No there is no wifi. Also, you are advised to stay off the phone and social media. If you have local service you are to turn your phone off on most occasions. You will not only stagnate your own progress but also that of the others in the group. Please read the terms and conditions on this matter.

There are more roads leading to Rome.. Get in touch for wire transfers, or European options.
